I booked a package holiday with JET2 holidays. I have used JET2 for the last 9 years.On Friday 17th July JET2 took the rest of the holiday payment of over £1150. On Saturday 18th I received an e-mail confirming the holiday being booked and paid for with all relevant information regarding what was required by JET2 and the outgoing airport and what to do when returning 2 weeks later.All well and good.On Monday 20th July I received an E-mail from JET2 to tell me my holiday was cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic. All JET2 summer schedules had been changed including mine.How can a booked holiday which the rest of the payment was taken for on the 17th be able to be part of a summer schedule change that is cancelled 4 days later over the weekend. JET2 had my money.Offers of a credit account or a refund were given by JET2. Rules applied to both of these. How can money be taken on a Friday only for the holiday to be cancelled on the Monday Surely the change of summer schedule must have taken place before the Friday withdrawal of my money?Can anyone from JET2 answer this please.

Apartments were cleaned daily but the bathroom was old and tired , need of refurbishment. Poor outlook and small pool area . Noise from 50 bar street till 4am if not on curfew, so beware. Good aircon, good location other than for the noise, friendly helpful staff & owner .

Good variety of holidays but covid is a worryLast year we were allowed to go toFuerteventura and was locked down five days into holiday weve had no compensation and had caught covid second day home through crowded flight and airports luckily we survived

Been going on holiday to several locations with jet2 for some years now and have found them to have excellent service very friendly and efficient staff great holiday experience from start to finish would highly recommend


We have booked a further 2 holidays with Jet2, July and October, both in Cyprus. Choosing Jet2 meant that, should the holiday be cancelled we would receive a full and prompt refund. We had two cancellations last year due to covid 19 and within a week the money was back into our account. We feel very confident in booking with Jet2.

Booked a holiday to tenerife found amazing prices great time flights also free child space £100 ppn off and a discount of £60 for single parent all this made it affordable to take myself and my children away . Small deposit . First time booking with jet 2 holidays and I’m very happy shall boom again with them now :)

Excellent personal service by booking on the phone. First time booking with Jet 2 and a big thumbs up for their set-up and Natalie who handled the call.


Were going to go on the same holiday last year but it was cancelled So I booked through Jet2.It was easy because everything is in one place you can upgrade your room, your seat on the plane there and back and you can book any extras that you need all in one place.I am Happy at the moment and I will be even happier if we get to go on this holiday. ?????Thank you Jet2 for making it easy to book a holiday in these trying times.

Everything was perfect until we arrived at the hotel. We quickly released this would be the worst holiday ever! Old tired and dirty! 2*at best. No beach like stated. Rooms dirty and old . Ants nest and they bite! Don’t go here ever!

A farse from start to finish, flight out runs out of toilet paper at front toilet!! Pathetic. Flight home the captain advised sarcastically that if masks not worn properly he was going to divert the Flight, queue pandemonium and very upset people.A hint try speaking to the people concerned instead of scaring kids.The transfers were an joke, I've booked many a jet2 holiday and this was so unorganised, people could not find rep ( stand at a door when everyone going out doesn't help)Also try having a rep who cares, when finally located was busy with the driver having a laugh.The pick up from hotel was disgraceful, we were picked up with some elderly people, 2 women and a man, already upset as previous buses did not have English speaking drivers so we had to help them.The driver YOU hired is a disgrace, they explained over and over about lung condition and angina and he shouted at them " no mask you stay" they were so shocked by his actions they compiled, on way to airport we ended sitting outside a hotel for nearly 40 mins and picked up no one so late at airport where rep came on looking for feedback! It would have been helpful to be told about how unorganised that place is, we nearly missed the flight with all the queuing and having 2 jet2 flights at same gate was a disaster as Newcastle flight had Edinburgh customers on wrong bus.Then to be told we would be offered £60 vouchers of next holiday "exclusive " offering already £100 off online and the vouchers.I know this will go nowhere but my family will not be using jet2 again I think I have said it all already, this holiday was shoddy and unorganised, just to make you aware, the hotel half board is not half board, they provide a buffet breakfast but evening meal they choose for you... irony was lost on me? Its safe at breakfast but not at dinner, I was informed that I should have been told as not enough people?We also found out that we should have been out room at 11am but no one told us, no information provided anywhere so person at desk just shrugged as we were late.A older guy came in while we waited and was charged £35 euros for same thing because he asked???.Last point honestly, check in, instead of pen and paper they use ipads.... that freeze, crash and constantly have to be cleaned, after early start and Finally getting there another 30mins to finally check in is too far.Never againI think this has been well answered , the time and effort spent making sure all the covid documents were correct for greek police to wave our flight through without even looking up, at one point they opened a barrier to speed up queue, really health contious.Will never use jet2 again
